Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the ChillTool's extension. Violation of these terms may lead to a cease & desist communication.

1. Illegal Activities

  • Using the extension for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Engaging in or promoting illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, stalking, or distribution of illegal content.
  • Sharing or distributing copyrighted material without proper authorization.

2. Harmful or Abusive Behavior

  • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
  • Sharing explicit, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • Engaging in hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected characteristic.

3. Security Violations

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the extension, its systems, or other users' accounts.
  • Distributing viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the extension.

4. Commercial Use and Open Source

  • The ChillTool's extension is released as open source software.
  • You are free to fork and modify the source code to create new versions.
  • The extension cannot be sold, resold, or distributed for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
  • Any derivative works must maintain the same open source license and attribution.

5. Privacy Violations

  • Collecting or harvesting personal information from other users without their consent.
  • Sharing or distributing personal information of other users.
  • Using the extension to track or monitor individuals without their knowledge and consent.

Consequences of Violation

Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate termination of your access to the extension, without prior notice. While we do not engage in formal legal proceedings, we will respond to legitimate cease & desist communications at legal@chilltools.it.
