Terms of Service

1. Description of the Extension

ChillTool's is a client-side enhancement tool designed to improve user experience on the Uhmegle / Umingle platform. The Extension operates entirely within the user’s browser and device environment. No developer servers, remote databases, or external storage systems are used for data processing, transmission, or retention.

2. Personal Use Only

ChillTool's is provided strictly for personal and non-commercial use. You agree to use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and the Terms of Service of the platforms on which it operates.

3. User Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you use the Extension, including any data you view, capture, or store, and any interactions with third parties while using it.

4. Privacy & Data Processing

4.1 Local-Only Processing

ChillTool's does not collect, transmit, store, or share personal data on developer-controlled infrastructure. All processing occurs locally within the user’s browser session.

This may include:

• IP address visualization
• Approximate geo-location display
• Session details
• Screenshots captured by the user
• Interface enhancements

4.2 Session-Only Retention

Most processed data is temporary and automatically deleted when the page is refreshed, the tab is closed, or the session ends. No permanent historical archives are maintained.

4.3 Persistent Local Data (Blocklist & User Preferences)

The only data that may persist locally is a user-defined IP blocklist and user preferences (Settings). These exist solely to enhance user safety and experience:

• Stored locally on the user’s device
• Not transmitted externally
• Not accessible by developers
• Fully controllable and removable by the user

5. Third-Party Data Disclaimer

While using ChillTool's, the Extension may display or allow temporary local storage of technical identifiers related to third-party users (such as IP-derived location data or screenshots). This processing occurs in real time, remains local to the end user’s device, and is initiated and controlled exclusively by the end user. Developers do not access, collect, or control such data.

6. No Developer Data Collection

The developers of ChillTool's do not operate tracking systems, do not run analytics on user activity, do not receive IP logs, do not store screenshots, and do not maintain user databases. There is no telemetry or behavioral monitoring embedded in the Extension.

7. Misuse Prohibited

You agree not to use ChillTool's for unlawful or abusive purposes, including harassment, stalking, unauthorized surveillance, privacy violations, doxxing, or any activity violating platform Terms of Service. Any misuse is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

ChillTool's is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Developers shall not be liable for damages from use or misuse, legal consequences, platform bans, data loss on user devices, or third-party disputes.

9. Open-Source & Distribution

ChillTool's may be distributed via official platforms including Chrome Web Store, GitHub, and the official website (chilltools.it). Use only verified releases from official sources.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “Accept” during the Extension’s consent prompt, you confirm you have read these Terms, understand the privacy implications, and accept full responsibility for your use.

11. Changes to These Terms

Developers reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
